Beautiful hotel with high quality service. Large territory full of flowers and birds. Nice beach with responsible lifeguards. Very good breakfast offering different options. Live music in the evening.
Pros:
- Excellent service (with one exception, see below). All the stuff members we interacted with were polite, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Rohit and Mousa from reception desk who helped us to celebrate birthday with cake and a beautiful bouquet.
- Cleanliness is on high level
- Delicious breakfast
- The hotel itself is very lovely
Cons:
- We had breakfast only, but once we paid 150 AED per person to have a dinner in the main restaurant. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the money, the food was not very delicious or nutritious.
- Bell desk service. We signed up for a shuttle bus to Fujairah Mall, and then discovered that it wasn't registered. So we still decided to go to the mall and asked the bell desk to order a taxi. We waited for it for almost 1 hour, and finally got a taxi after a dispute. The taxi driver was impolite and unprofessional. Fortunately, after we discussed this issue with the reception, they took that in consideration and didn't charge us for the taxi. We hope that the management of the hotel will pay more attention to the bell desk service.
We encountered some problems at the beach: lots of tourists occupy the chaiselongues with towels and don't even use them; also there were some jellyfish in the sea, but of course these problems are not related to the hotel.
We will consider Fujairah Rotana Hotel for our visit next year and we definitely recommend it to other tourists.

"One of our most enjoyable staycations"
We relaxed and had an amazing stay with the kids right after their shool holiday and before Ramadan.
The room had a suberb view on the garden, swimming pools and the ocean.
The location is just incredible on the mountains and the room was so comfortable and clean.
The services were the best.
The buffets were just average and a bit below our expections and almost the same food for the four days we stayed, my question is, you are on the ocean, Al Fujairah is well known for the varieties of the best seafoods!! I thought we taste some thing but never happened!!, except some very normal fish plainly cooked.
In general, we are so happy and we will come again.

"Business Meeting at Fujairah Rotana"
The stay was very pleasant. The resort is well equipped with all amenities. The staff is friendly and ready to assist at any time. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Buffet spread is good, would appreciate bit more of Indian dishes. Vegetarians might face challenges with the buffet
Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely recommend

"Absolutely Amazing"
I came here to celebrate my anniversary and it was a very pleasant stay. The manager upgraded our room and made sure everything was perfect and up to our standards. Uttam is great he showed us around the hotel and was very nice and cooperative

"Amazing experience for our honeymoon ️"
Me and my husband enjoyed alot, the resort is fantastic, the food is so delicious , the room is so spacious and so clean and specially the staff are super helpful and polite we have dealt with Jenny , Rohit and Abhishek from the reception and Ali was the one rearranging our room for the room service. All of them are just amazing

"Amazing Weekend Well Spent"
We only had a short weekend available to us and drove all the way from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah to experience the Rotana Fujairah. It was an amazing weekend in all aspects and we were looked after so well by each and every person we encountered. Enjoyed a lovely time at the beach for sundowners, a fabulous dinner at Waves Beach Restaurant, again, right next to the beach and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Nothing missing here and hoping to find opportunity to return at some point for another super relaxing weekend. Thank you Team Rotana Fujairah, you are really amazing!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Umgebung ca. 2 Stunden vom Flughafen Dubai entfernt. Es verfügt über einen privaten Strandabschnitt und für einen entspannten Badeurlaub bestens geeignet. Essen und Service sind exzellent.

Im Schatten des Coronarvirus Sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage. Die Poollandschaft immer gepflegt, nie schmutzig und von Lifeguards gut kontriliet. Der Strand schön sauber und weitläufig.
Einzig die AI-Getränke würden eine Aufwertung gebrauchen.

A wonderful retreat at this difficult time Good: I want to thank the manager Rami and waiter Issam and front desk Ahtisham for the excellent service that was offered during our stay. It was extra ordinary and looking forward to staying again in the near future.
Bad: Wonderful and established gardens 5 star service the whole way location right on the beach and ease of booking in. The late check out was also a true bonus.

Bad: At times inside the hotel it can be noisy - unfortunately we had noisy guests above us. This was dealt with swiftly from the hotel management.

Amazing resort with friendly staff and great food Good: Half board was included in the price. Food from the buffet was very good and dinner included wine as part of the package which was great. Beach and pool were very nice and staff were amazing. Definitely will go back for another visit. Rooms had been renovated and were very comfortable and the bathrooms were five star.

Strandurlaub mit Ultra all inclusive Hotel: Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Für 1 Woche Entspannung am Strand ist absolut perfekt. Das Ultra all inclusive Paket hat den Urlaub durch mehr Auswahl abgerundet.
Location: Fahrt vom Flughafen in Dubai (DXB) ca 1,5 Stunden. Wenn man nicht vor hat viele Ausflüge zu machen sondern nur einen strandurlaub machen möchte ist es perfekt. Von unserem Reiseveranstalter wurden Ausflüge angeboten (Oman, Kamelreiten, Dubai, etc.) haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen und können somit nicht bewerten.
Service: Insgesamt war der Service sehr gut, insbesondere unser Kellner Roshan ( er war hauptsächlich im Waves Restaurant) war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Sharkeyes war der Service im Vergleich eher schlecht, da wir oft länger warten mussten, das kam aber darauf an, welche Servicekräfte da waren. Bei, frühstück wurde selten nach getränkewünschen gefragt.
Food: Wir waren Ultra all inclusive Gäste und waren somit mittags und abends a la carte essen. Beide waren sehr gut, gute Auswahl, wenn man länger als eine Woche da ist, wird es einseitig. Das Buffet haben wir mittags 2 mal im Anspruch genommen, auch das war gut, jedoch von der Auswahl eher Standard. Zudem werden im Ultra all inclusive Paket (Flaschen)Biere (Corona, Budweiser, Stella, Carlsbad, etc.) sowie eine vergrößerte Cocktail Karte mit internationalen Alkoholika angeboten.
Room: Wir hatten tolle neu renovierte Zimmer, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber.
Sport: Haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Animateure waren nicht aufdringlich. Abends gab es keine Show was wir persönlich sehr angenehm fanden. Zwischen den beiden Restaurants war jeden Abend eine Band (die super gespielt hat) was beim candle Night Dinner zu einer angenehmen und schönen Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Einmal war Movie Night. Poolanlage groß und schön, wir waren jedoch meistens am Strand.

Erholsame Tage im Rotana Waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden , war schon das 3x in diesem Hotel. Zimmer super sauber und mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die ganze Anlage und das Meer.
Frühstücksbueffet wie immer sehr gut, Abendessen leider nicht so toll....
Personal in fast allen Bereich des Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend....
Strand ein Traum und meistens auch immer Liegen frei.....obwohl es noch genug Gäste gibt die Morgens um 6.00 schon zur Liegen reservieren an den Strand rennen..... welch ein Irrsinn.......
Störend und oft unangehnem aufgefallen sind leider die osteuropäischen Gäste, nachst Lärm durch zuviel Alkohol, lautstarker Streit und Randale in den Zimmer oder auf den Balkons.
