We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the second time. Again we had a overall nice stay/vacation on this hotel with a fantastic location on the JBR.
Unfortunately the hotel had not split areal up in the restaurants and the poolarea. There were many children, lots of noise and also a lot of russian people.

"Location and service level "
I come to Dubai very frequently for business purpose, I keep staying in Amwaj Rotana for the location which is just perfect . Working and relaxing at the same time and also for the high level of comfort and service that the team is providing. I highly recommend.

"Everything was good"
Atif is really good person. He is very polite. The room was clean. The view from the window was amazing! Drinking water was clean and fresh. We were sleeping so nice! We are happy to have visited such a place!

"Stay over Experience"

"Cool"
Wonderful hotel, clean, cozy and good location! Delicious breakfasts, pleasant staff, beautiful hotel. Near cafes, restaurants, beach. Swimming pool for adults and children! My family and I really liked it.

"Hotel Rotana"
Super lifeguard and barman there are very friendly and after few visit know what you want, all is ok, breakfast, dinner and lunch is very good a lots of kind meal, beach and pool is near hotel and very clean. Servis is very nice, cleaning is every day.

"Amazing 5 night stay"
What a stay we had at this hotel. When we arrived at 930pn there was an issue with the IT system so we couldn’t check in. They took us for a buffet dinner immediately and when we did check in we got a complimentary upgrade! The room was incredible. The location is the best and food and service equally good. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back at this hotel! Thank you all!

"One of the best hotels in JBR"
I stayed in in this hotel in July 2023 and everyone was so nice and friendly. Hassan from reception desk is very good guy and helpful, when I was having naming issue over my Agoda website booking and released agoda over charged me compared to market then he and his colleagues tried to helped me fix the issue the issues and gave me free upgrade to better room with good view.

Tolle Lage, guter Service, saubere Zimmer. Hat seinen Preis. Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk mit einer tollen Aussicht zum Strand. Das Essen war gut aber für unseren Geschmack zu wenig gewürzt. Doch das ist ja kein Problem. Alkohol ist erhältlich aber teuer.

Awesome Good: Отдыхаем в отеле 5-раз. Заселяют всегда раньше времени, т.к. приезжаем в отель ~8-30 утра. Есть русскоговорящий персонал. В этот раз пришлось уезжать раньше времени из-за распоряжений правительства. Деньги списали по факту проживания.

All was great, Staff & service . Amwaj Rotana is the best:) Good: The room was beautiful ,Thanks to Mr.Ahmad from Egypt in reception he was very nice, kind and very polite also did his best to make my room comfortable and gave me the best sea view room. Breakfast was excellent and the location was amazing.

4 звезды, а не 5 Good: Прекрасное местоположение - основная фишка этого отеля. До пляжа пешком минута, куча ресторанов в непосредственной близости, включая два довольно неплохих прямо в отеле. Персонал очень вежливый. Приличный завтрак.
Bad: Само здание отеля довольно старое, а номера давно не видели ремонта. В ванной местами плесень. Номерам не хватает интересного дизайна - это просто коробка с окном. Уборщица упорно игнорировала комья пыли на одной из стен. До пяти звёзд не дотягивает, тут твердые 4.

Perfect spot on the coast Good: Location was superb, lovely view over the gulf, a stones throw from the beautiful beach. Very clean and comfortable, nice pool area. Staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel.
